Are you bathing suit ready yet? I know I’m not so I’m so glad there are bathing suit cover ups! But if you are looking to get in shape this summer and in a hurry, there are things you can do to get quick results.
1- Always eat breakfast- Eating in the morning helps boost your metabolism, especially if you drink caffeine. And believe it or not, breakfast eaters will eat more nutrients and fewer calories than those who skip the meal and eater a bigger lunch.
2- Drink more water before you eat – Water anytime of the day is good for you but when you drink it before you eat, you will not only cut down on the bloating but it will fill you up so you don’t eat too much.
3- Replace snacks with fruits and veggies – This may be a no-brainer for those who want to lose weight but it really does work. When you replace sugary snacks with fruits and veggies you will satisfy your cravings and fill you up. This especially works when you eat fruit filled with water.
4- Exercise at least 10 minutes a day – Of course if you have a lot of weight to lose, you will want to exercise more than 10 minutes. But if you are short on time, just start with doing 10 minutes of cardio, stretching or strength training each day. It will train your body for those longer workouts.
